1:3[hb5]你的膏油馨香.你的名如同倒出來的香膏.所以眾童女都愛你。

   [asv]Thine oils have a goodly fragrance; Thy name is [as] oil poured forth; Therefore do the virgins love thee.
   [kjv]Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
   [bbe]Sweet is the smell of your perfumes; your name is as perfume running out; so the young girls give you their love.
1:4[hb5]願你吸引我、我們就快跑跟隨你.王帶我進了內室.我們必因你歡喜快樂.我們要稱讚你的愛情、勝似稱讚美酒.他們愛你是理所當然的。
   [lb5]愿你拉我跟著你哦我們快跑吧王帶我進了他的洞房王阿我們要因你而快樂歡喜我們要頌揚你的愛情勝過頌揚美酒稱贊你的愛勝過稱贊新酒
   [nb5]願你吸引我,我們必快跑跟隨你。王領我進入他的內室。王啊!我們要因你歡喜快樂;我們要提說你的愛,勝過提說美酒;她們愛你是合理的。
   [asv]Draw me; we will run after thee: The king hath brought me into his chambers; We will be glad and rejoice in thee; We will make mention of thy love more than of wine: Rightly do they love thee.

1:6[hb5]不要因日頭把我晒黑了、就輕看我。我同母的弟兄向我發怒.他們使我看守葡萄園、我自己的葡萄園、卻沒有看守。
   [lb5]你們不要因我黝黑因日頭把我晒黑了你們就盯著我我的胞母弟兄向我發怒他們叫我顧守著葡萄園我自己的葡萄園我卻沒有顧守著呢
   [nb5]你們不要因為我黑,就盯著我,因為太陽把我曬黑了。我母親的兒子生我的氣;他們叫我看守家裡的葡萄園,我自己私人的葡萄園,我卻沒有看守。
   [asv]Look not upon me, because I am swarthy, Because the sun hath scorched me. My mother's sons were incensed against me; They made me keeper of the vineyards; [But] mine own vineyard have I not kept.
   [kjv]Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
   [bbe]Let not your eyes be turned on me, because I am dark, because I was looked on by the sun; my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vine-gardens; but my vine-garden I have not kept.
1:7[hb5]我心所愛的阿、求你告訴我你在何處牧羊、晌午在何處使羊歇臥.我何必在你同伴的羊群旁邊、好像蒙著臉的人呢。
   [lb5]我心愛的阿求你告訴我你在那里放羊你中午在哪里讓羊躺著休息我何必在你同伴的羊群旁像流浪徘徊的女郎呢
   [nb5]我心所愛的啊!求你告訴我,你在哪裡放羊?中午你在哪裡使羊群躺臥休息。我為甚麼在你眾同伴的羊群旁邊,好像蒙著臉的女人呢?
   [asv]Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, Where thou feedest [thy flock], Where thou makest [it] to rest at noon: For why should I be as one that is veiled Beside the flocks of thy companions?
   [kjv]Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest thy flock to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?
   [bbe]Say, O love of my soul, where you give food to your flock, and where you make them take their rest in the heat of the day; why have I to be as one wandering by the flocks of your friends?
1:8[hb5]你這女子中極美麗的、你若不知道、只管跟隨羊群的腳蹤去、把你的山羊羔、牧放在牧人帳棚的旁邊。
   [lb5]你這女子中極美麗的阿你若不知道只管出去跟著羊群的腳蹤走把你的山羊羔在牧人帳幕旁放放
   [nb5]你這女子中最美麗的啊!你若不知道,可以出去,跟隨羊群的腳蹤,在牧人的帳棚邊,牧放你的山羊羔。
   [asv]If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, Go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, And feed thy kids beside the shepherds' tents.

1:10[hb5]你的兩腮、因髮辮而秀美、你的頸項、因珠串而華麗。
   [lb5]你的兩腮因妝飾物而秀美﹔你的脖子因珠鏈而更妍麗。
   [nb5]你的兩腮因耳環顯得秀麗;你的頸項因珠鍊顯得華美。

1:11[hb5]我們要為你編上金辮、鑲上銀釘。

   [asv]We will make thee plaits of gold With studs of silver.

1:12[hb5]王正坐席的時候、我的哪噠香膏發出香味。

   [asv]While the king sat at his table, My spikenard sent forth its fragrance.

1:13[hb5]我以我的良人為一袋沒藥、常在我懷中。
   [lb5]我以我的愛人為一口袋沒藥,晝夜不離地在我胸懷間。

   [asv]My beloved is unto me [as] a bundle of myrrh, That lieth betwixt my breasts.
   [kjv]A bundle of myrrh is my well-beloved unto me; he shall lie all night betwixt my breasts.
   [bbe]As a bag of myrrh is my well-loved one to me, when he is at rest all night between my breasts.
1:14[hb5]我以我的良人為一棵鳳仙花、在隱基底葡萄園中。
   [lb5]我以我的愛人為一嘟鳳仙花,在隱基底的葡萄園采來的。
   [nb5]我以我的良人為一束鳳仙花,開放在隱.基底的葡萄園裡。

   [nb5]我的良人,你很英俊,你很可愛。我們的床榻是青綠的樹木;
   [asv]Behold, thou art fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant: Also our couch is green.

   [bbe]See, you are fair, my loved one, and a pleasure; our bed is green.
1:17[hb5]以香柏樹為房屋的棟樑、以松樹為椽子。
   [lb5]我們房屋的棟梁是香柏木的﹔我們的椽子(意難確定)是扁柏木。
   [nb5]我們房屋的棟梁是香柏樹,房屋的椽子是松樹。
   [asv]The beams of our house are cedars, [And] our rafters are firs.
   [kjv]The beams of our house are cedar, and our rafters of fir.
   [bbe]Cedar-trees are the pillars of our house; and our boards are made of fir-trees.
